We recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure the availability of your preferred time and services.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations cancelled between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled date and time will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 12 hours or less before the scheduled appointment.

A credit card will be required at the time of booking.

 

ARRIVAL AT THE SPA

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to allow sufficient time to use the changing rooms.

In the event of a late arrival, the treatment time cannot be extended, in order to respect the schedule of subsequent appointments.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

Treatments are not available to guests under 18 years of age.
