ADVANCE BOOKING
We recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time and service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid a 50% charge of the service, please cancel 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge.

ARRIVAL AT WELLNESS HOUSE
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time for the changing rooms. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled treatments.

REQUIRED AGE
The minimum age to access the spa is 16 years.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please inform the team of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect the service when booking the spa.
